Resources for Senior Citizens
Senior Citizen's can experience loneliness, depression, medical issues, financial problems, substance abuse and addiction among other things. There is nothing more important than family support. Please take the time to be there and take advantage of your state and local resources.

After listening to the needs of clients at multiple town hall meetings, I decided to put a list together of drug court information and possible sources of employment for ex-offenders and felons.
Prescription Drug Drop Off Locations
Protect Your Children. Remove your expired, unwanted and unused medications from your home. Be aware of the medications that you do need and keep them locked up. Remember: addiction happens fast and if it does, you're in for the fight of your life.

It's frightening when you find out that your loved one is using heroin. Narcan can reverse the effects of opioids. Keeping this kit can give you a tool to use in case of an overdose. Remember… being informed and aware is the first step in understanding how to help someone with a Substance Use Disorder.

According to Kidshealth.org, Smoking is one of the worst things kids or adults can do to their bodies. Yet every single day about 3,900 kids between the ages 12 and 17 start smoking.

Poor nutrition can cause health problems and obesity. Teaching your children how to choose healthy food options and why they should stay physically active will help them maintain a healthy weight as an adult.
